Conveyancing

We provide a comprehensive one-2-one conveyancing service for a fixed fee. Whether you are buying or selling, we aim to give you the peace of mind needed when making such a substantial sale or purchase.

You will liaise with one of our conveyancers who will be with you at all stages of the conveyancing process, and you are dealing with a firm that has the local knowledge acquired from 35 years of selling property in the town and its surrounding areas.

We can assist in the sale and purchase of all types of residential properties, including transfer of equity and remortgage work.

What should be an exciting experience can sometimes become extremely stressful. It is our aim to help you through the process and make it as trouble free as possible by providing a personal and friendly service.

We Offer:

  • Fixed fee transactions.
  • Personal and friendly service ensures you are treated as a person and not a package.
  • Home Information Packs.

Over the years we have established an excellent accord with local independent estate agents including Rush Witt Wilson (www.rushwittwilson.co.uk)

Please call Jacqueline Eichler (jeichler@funnellperring.co.uk) or Ralph Burnand (rburnand@funnellperring.co.uk)  on 01424 426287 for more information and a no-obligation quote or email us.

If you are happy for us to act on your behalf, please simply pass our details on to the estate agent, who can start the process.
