Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is a process for resolving public and private legal disputes on civil matters through negotiation or through the courts.

We at Funnell & Perring Solicitors act for both Claimants and Defendants and can provide legal advice and assistance should you need to litigate, or if proceedings are imminent or have commenced against you.

We will actively manage your case, identifying the relevant issues at an early stage and ensuring that your case proceeds quickly and efficiently.

We offer an initial fixed-fee consultation with one of our solicitors where we will consider the merits of your claim or defence. This enables you to speak to a solicitor about your case and obtain guidance and advice for a pre-agreed fixed price. To arrange an appointment with one of our solicitors, e-mail law@funnellperring.co.uk
