Gary Lake

Gary practices in Funnell & Perring's core areas of family law and civil litigation. He has extensive experience of advising clients and appearing in court in a wide range of cases falling into those areas.

Over the past year, he has  been instructed in applications for divorce, ancillary relief, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and landlord and tenant in the County Courts, Employment Tribunals and the Court of Appeal.

Gary completed the Legal Practice Course in 2003 with a commendation. He is a Trustee of the local charity Hastings and Rother Voluntary Association for the Blind and enjoys swimming and cycling in his free time.

Gary is a member of Resolution, (www.resolution.org.uk) and adopts their Code of Practice for dealing with matrimonial and family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way wherever possible.
