Legal Aid Information

 Funnell and Perring Solicitors hold Legal Aid Franchises in both Family Law and Criminal Law.

This means that we are authorised by the Community Legal Service to offer legal representation and assistance at public expense, for divorce, children and family financial matters, as well as criminal representation.

To establish whether or not you qualify for Legal Aid, a calculation is made by reference to your income and available assets, making allowances for any dependant children, your housing costs and any maintenance payments that you are making.
