Conveyancing Fees

At Funnell & Perring Solicitors, conveyancing is offered on a fixed fee deal. This means that the quote that you are given at the start of the transaction will remain the same throughout, and you will not be charged any hidden costs.

When we provide a quote, we break it down between legal costs (the cost of our expertise and advice) and 'disbursements' such as Stamp Duty, Land Registry Fees, Search fees  and Bank fees.
